We are now seeking a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our dynamic front-of-house team and uphold the standards our guests expect and deserve.

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring impeccable guest service, and fostering a positive team culture. This leadership position is ideal for a hands-on, hospitality-driven professional with a deep understanding of fine dining service and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and dining room teams
- Handle guest relations and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Manage floor presence during service, ensuring attention to detail and consistency
- Assist in scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and compliance
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service
- Uphold and model the restaurant’s brand values, standards, and hospitality culture
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and worldly cuisine
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High energy, professional demeanor, and a passion for guest satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
